I thought it was generally a good survey, better than most. Tricky subject to fit into multiple choice.

A little constructive criticism... question 22 isn't phrased too well, 'the general retrospect of life' doesn't mean anything. I know what you mean, I'm just being fussy. But I didn't feel like any of the answers to that question fit too well. Sometimes I'm truly happy, sometimes not. Can't really simplify it to an either/or

And the 'Is religion still relative today' question could do with some more explanation. Relative to what?

You need to add more answers. Like the ones taking it for granted that you find the lack of an afterlife sad.

This. For example:
I'm still a Christian, but I believe starkly different things about my religion than I used to. Stuff like worrying the crap out of people over my beliefs, capital punishment, etc. None of the choices fit that description, because I believe differently, but I still subscribe to the same religion.
