So what i wanna know is how i could tell the diff. Iv heard that the OC press is upside down compared to the CDN Side. Or that the letters are mis-sized compared to a real one. When compared their completly different. Is there another way to find out if the pills real with out actually having to try it.?

check the pills out before hand. Make sure they are legit. Dont buy a pill above like 10 bucks. You know its a rip then.

Because I find that very hard to believe. A pill press is not something most people can afford.

Anyway, unless there is a counterfeit pill ring where you're at, then the best way to protect yourself is to familiarize yourself with what the various pills you like look like.

Carry a large magnum pistol with you and ask the dealer if his shit is legit while you have the barrel pressed into his forehead. Then, just to make sure he's not lying, get a friend to hold the guy there with the pistol while you prep and shoot some into your eyeball. The eyeball part isn't necessary however it does add to the image.
