Is this stuff any good?With a mild tolerance to opiates, would a 20mg im shot be too much?

Nubain is good stuff, and you cant OD too easily on it b/c it is an agonist/antagonist, meaning it activates some opiate receptors in your body and blocks others. In practical terms this means it has a ceiling dose/effect where after you reach it you cant do more to get higher.

What opiates do you use and how also matters. If you shoot heroin, even in small amounts, you might only feel that shot of nubain a little bit, whereas if your mild opiate tolerance is from popping Vicodin then you'd probably feel it a fair amount.

Depending on what other opiates you use, you might be able to just do 10 mg in a shot. If you shoot H or oxy(>20mg/shot) though then go for the 20 for sure.

Well listen heres the deal.I appreciate the input too guys thanks for helping out a newbie.It takes 80 mg oxy oral to get feelin good as hell and noddin.So thats my tolerance.Ive never shot nething,but I can sniff 2 bags of d.Ive been givin my buddy roid shots with a big ass rig,and another question is,can I just shoot it like a steroid.It says IM on the ampoules.So I was wondering what a good doseage is for my tolerance for an im shot,and can it be done like a roid.The rig is like 23 1'34.Also does this stomp on pentazocine if neone knows?Thx.

Do you do some kinda opiate every day? Or every other day?

And what does "stomp on pentazocine" mean man, are you asking if nubain will overpower/react badly with pentazocine you did earlier?

If it says its meant for IM then yeah you can IM it like Deca or whatever roid you all are doing, but its stronger IV'd. Like I said though IM would work too. But seriously think before injecting a narcotic painkiller, b/c next thing you know you want to try oxy or H IM'd/IV'd then its all straight downhill from there.

If you use op's pretty regularly, you can probably do 20 mg with no problems.

Both are pretty similar, pentazocine might feel a little bit stronger b/c its more sedating but you can have side effects like hallucinations and stuff, nothing too scary though just occasionally bothersome. I forget what IV doses compare ( how much pent. = 20 mg nubain). If you do that much oxy that often though then I might even say you would have to IV it to get a good feeling b/c 160 mg oxy/day is not what I'd call mild tolerance. If you do IM though then do 20 mg for sure, you wont feel 10 and might not even feel 20 that strongly. Your tolerance is a lot higher than I thought. No wonder you need 2 bags of dope to feel good.

i don't know about the pentazocine, man. some of the newer pills contain naloxene in them, too. from what i've read online, pentazocine isn't that euphoric.

Well im thinking if nubaine is even close to oxymorphone(it says it almost identical)it would be strong as hell.But I guess it isnt right.
