If I was planning on it, what would you suggest?

The point is mainly for something to do while i'm drinking, as I tend to need something to do with my hands when I am, yet don't usually have the dexterity to do anything constructive. I'd roll my own cigarettes, but I really can't be fucked learning to roll properly, and doing it when i'm drunk probably wouldn't give good results.

Yeah, play quarters, feel up a girl, do something that doesn't add toxins to your body. Aside from the general health risks of smoking, it's a pain to get started because you cough and gag, you get nausea, you can't breath (both in your head and your chest feels tight), and it's too easy to get carried away and smoke the whole goddamned pack, meaning you'll be that much more easily addicted.

Your hangovers will be much, much worse as well.

If you insist on smoking, I'd recommend some Black and Milds or something of that ilk. Reasonably cheap, reasonably mild and flavorful (as far as you can get for a .69 smoke), and there's only five to a pack.

Yeah...you'll smoke while you drink...and the you'll start smoking when you're not drinking, too. So unless you want to spend a lot of money on smokes and get bitchy whenever you have to go without one for any length of time, it's a bad idea. If you really need to smoke that badly while you're out, just bum one from someone else.

Smoking feels good and stuff, but if you ever plan on exercising again in your life you're going to regret it.

Taste great, but they also make your lungs bleed if you inhale, and you feel WORSE than if you'd smoked cigarettes the next morning.

Sigh, this is so true. All you need is huge willpower and lots of gum if you wish to quit smoking. Unfortunately I've yet to find that willpower someday.
