i was talking to my GF on the phone eariler and she was trying to get me to do something(i dont remember but it wasnt important) and she called me by my first name, so i i called her by her first name, then she called me by my full name. so i called her full name. but with my last name in place of hers. i didnt mean to do it, it just happened. what does this mean? if anything?

and its not that fact that i did it. its the fact that in every relationship before ive always avoided talk(even completly fictional) about marrige and that sort of stuff and hated it when all my exes would say things like "i want ..... at my/our wedding" or used my last name instead of theirs
