First off do you know what your getting, IR XR? If your getting the extended release you should def. crush all the little beads into a powder. That way you get more of a rush an its not such a roller coaster. Id prolly sort it if it was me to but that just personal pref. If its your first time id say you should start off between 40-60mg and work you way up from there. Just remember though if your taking the EX release and not crushing it its not goin to hit you all at once an there will be a roller coaster effect so dont get carried away and take too much that way.

Snort 30 mg to start, then do like 20-30 more 15-20 minutes later if you want more of an effect. If you do like 60+mg your first time your doses are gonna keep getting really really high, an you'll have more side effects to deal with an not that much more euphoria as a tradeoff.
