Your Favorite Zombie movies
I gotta say...I like most zombie movies, even the relatively crappy ones. The only ones in recent memory that I actually disliked were Diary of the Dead (boring) and 28 Weeks Later (some visually inspired moments, but too idiotic despite being a "serious horror movie").
The original Dawn of the Dead is probably my favorite (in terms of the characters, rewatchability, etc.), though the remake was easily the most intense zombie movie I've ever seen. I also like 28 Days Later from an artistic standpoint.
(Anyone who wants to get in an argument about the infected in 28 Days Later not being zombies can go jack-off on IMDB.)
How about you guys?

Braindead, Evil Dead and Day of the Dead (Remero version) are mt three favourite zombie flicks.

Re: Your Favorite Zombie movies
28 Weeks Later, Shaun of the Dead, and Land of the Dead are my favorites.
Worst: Doom (its listed on Wiki as a zombie movie).

Re: Your Favorite Zombie movies
All the "Dead" movies, with the exception of Land, Diary, and the Day remake. Dead Awake (I think the original title is braindead) Despite the increasingly retarded sequels, the first Resident Evil movie was really good.

Ooh, I definitely agree. Well, I dunno if I'd say "really good', but definitely a solid action/horror movie.

We'll just say, "really good for a video game movie."

Hah, agreed. Come to think of it, I'd say it's probably the best game-movie to date (I've got my fingers crossed for Max Payne, though). Good production values, good cast, good action...and I don't recall it suffering from corniness or stupidity like most other such movies. Good call.

Re: Your Favorite Zombie movies
The original Dawn of the Dead is my favorite. I don't consider The Evil Dead a Zombie movie though.

Well, Max Payne's got Marky Mark in it, it can't fail.
I liked Resident Evil because I knew the universe it took place in, but it didn't feel like it was taken straight from the game. Just like someone who read a RE book wrote a movie about it, and it was good. Michelle Rodriguez and Mila Jovovitch didn't hurt either.
