Take a 12" soft tortilla and spread cream cheese over it. Next, spread your favorite salsa and then some shredded cheese over the cream cheese and roll it up tight. Then, you can cut them in 1 inch bite size peices. Try this, they are godlike.

Mexican sushi... interesting.

I think adding a bit of ground meat would perfect this combo.

I'd think you'd probably wanna use pico de gallo of some nature, rather than salsa, seeing as salsa usually has a BUNCH of extra moisture that would make your roll-up soggy and drip on you when you ate it.

Still, it sounds damn tasty.

Avacodo and Roasted Tomato could work as well.

This is true, the do get pretty messy with the salsa, but I've never thought of trying anything different.

I do this all the time except I add some steak, or chicken, or some other kind of meat.
