Use at least 93% isopropanol and dissolve the whole patch in ~150mL

Lightly boil for 2 minutes

Filter through a coffee filter

Evaporate the resultant liquid

Do whatever you want with the pure fent powder

wish i would have done this technique when i got my one fentanyl patch i will ever get..


i just ended up smoking it off foil many times in 2 days.

I stayed up all night doing it one night, and the next day i was on campus with some friends just selling foil hits for 3 dollars, smoking weed and fent..

As SN said, don't fucking shoot fent if you have to ask how to use it in the first place, you'll just fuck yourself up.

Take a pin and poke a small hole in one corner of the patch. Squirt a small amount (about the size of a match head) onto the tip of a knife and slip it under your tongue. Hold it there for 5-10 mins and sit back and relax. Fent mainly causes the nods and isn't all that fantastic for recreational use IMO..
