how would it work out if someone decided to accuire a credit card and bought shit online with it and had it sent to their own house, but had it in your neighbors name.. i get shit in the mail that was soppost to go to my neighbor all the time, sometimes i take it to them.. sometimes not.. but does anyone think that, that could work out.

Find a drop house (Abandon house) near you. Mow the lawn make it look like someone actually lives there (Put some trashcans in the front). Have it sent there.

im sure the stuff would have to be signed for so you could sit and wait for it and scribble some bullshit down, how long can you use a drop house for. how many times. or does it even matter, btw this would be pretty far out in the country. if that matters

make sure you use the credit card on a public computer, too.. like the library. not a college as you'll have to log on.

You could always have it sent to a random house where you know the people all work during the day..

Then sit in your car parked in front of the house with a McDonalds bag.

When the truck pulls up, get out of your car and walk up to the door with the McDonalds bag, like, you were just getting something to eat and now you're back. and the UPS/FedEx guy will probably just say "hey, can you sign for this?"

then do it, and pretend to be fucking with your key in the door until he drives off, then get in your car and drive off.

Drop house is all you need (read the text I did on it, covers most of the basics). Check out the site your carding for their posting/shipping terms, see if they require signature or will leave at the door step or round the back or in a convenient place (I found a perfect site for those UK carders if you want some clothes).

Hell half the time you can just get it sent to an address, call the home owner up and say they got the address wrong but is already on it's way and ask if they could sign for it and you'll pick it up after work (maybe even offer to pay a little for them to sign for it for you); I've known people to do this before an be successful with it.
