I saw a huge collection at a thrift store the other day for $30. I thought about buying it and selling them on ebay, but I have no idea what they're worh these days, so I decided not to take the chance. I'm guessing that MTG would probably be more profitable. Whether you sell Yugioh cards, or MTG cards or both, I'd say that probably your best bet is to find people who don't want to play anymore, and buy their entire collections. Sell the high priced items as singles or sets of three or four of one card. Anything worth around $2 or less put into a lot and sell that lot as a whole. I'm not sure that it'd be profitable enough to create a website to sell them on though. I'd say just stick to ebay.
