if you have no tolerance, i suggest taking at least 3 for a good time, provided they contain 7.5mg hydrocodone for each pill. but that's not to say you can't take 4 or 5... that is, if you've experienced opiates before, which i'm sure you have.

and uh, if you can take a benadryl or two before, that would do you a world of good if you don't like the itch. and believe me, you'll itch. drinking some concentrated grapefruit juice would be nice, too. along with a little bit of dxm, if you have. those i guess can work as mild potentiators, so that you can take less of the product for more of the effect.

I suppose Ibuprofen can't be much worse than Acetaminophen..

I'd be worried about the amount of hydrocodone before the ibuprofen. Shit i'd take 3 ibuprofen 800 when i couldn't get anything for pain medicine. They recommend no more than 3000 mg of ibuprofen a day for a period of time. So you can start considering your opiate tolerance before the profen.

it sucks when doctors do that kind of shit, i had an ingrown toenail and no one wanted to give me a referal, they all just said "lets just see what happens" as i had shit oozing from my toe and the first couple time they gave me like 30 tylenol with codeine #3s, and they helped more than tylenol and then i get this hippy sort of doctor and im thinking "this one should give me something for pain" but no, she tells me to go home and take some tylenol, i almost started screaming something like "look bitch i take a gram for a headache, it doesn't do shit for pain. look at my fucking toe, it gets any more infected its not going to be good so give me some fucking antibiotics and some codeine and refer me to a podiatrist"

would a cold water extraction on the ibuprofen work the same way as it does with acetaminophen?

ibuprofen is alot more difficult to OD on than something like APAP. The limit for ibuprofen is 3.2 grams per day so with a little math you should be just fine.

Ibuprofen is far less water soluable than APAP and paracetemol.

You can just CWE it.

Although the cutoff of safe dosage is ~3g a day, when i have over about 1.5g, i wake up the next morning feeling like shit, upset stomach red eyes, generally just bad.

So that figure probably shouldn't be approached, especially not regualrly. Then again, if you were taking 3-4 pills, like people have suggested, I'm guessing you'd be fine.

The vicoprofen was shit.

I might have a higher opiate tolerance because of codeine extractions etc, but i doubt it. I took 10 pills (2000mg Ibuprofen/75mg hydrocodone) and nothing happened. just a bit of an upset stomach. didn't bother with the cwe because i wasn't close to either toxicity level. ah well. maybe next time i can get some dilautid.

aspirin is almost completly insoluble in water iirc... wouldn't even need to cool it to precipitate. crush pills, throw in lukewarm water, stir, filter, evaporate the water... repeat on the filtered material...

Guys, guys. Do not mix so much various pills. Alltough you can collect from them also some good stuff, those pills have so much negative effect, expecialy for stomach. It's not just question of unknowen dose,math helps, but ibuprofen makes ulcus pretty quickly. All the prostaglandine inhibitors do have that consequence, but ibuprofen particulary. And in Tylenol is also ibuprofen-alone. In Nyirofen it's ibuprofen with a litlle codeine. At least, make some cold water extraction. That means that you put finely grounded pills, in which are some opiates - mainly codeine - combined medicines - and disolve in cold water and filter after minute or two. That way it works much better then with lukewarm water,because any prostaglandine sinthesis inhibitors - i.e. antireumatics, analgetics, antipiretics and anti inflamatory pills are all low solubile, expecialy in cold, very cold - even better - water. Stir grounded pills for only a minute, and quickly filter trough cafe filter. in water are nearly all the alkaloids. Aspirin, ipobrufen etc. take time to disolve. It is good enough to drink filtrate, you need not dry it again. You do that if you purified a LOT OF PILLS, 100 - 200 or more.
