I wanna siphon gas so i dont have to waste cash so whats the best time to do it? Ive done it about 2 times at night but how do people do it during school, or in the afternoons?

I'd just like get the shit ready and have it pouring gas in and just kinda stand next to the car talking on a cell phone to your look-out or whatever and look all casual. If someone walked up just say you're trying to call your friend and tell him you caught some douche bag siphoning gas out of his car. If they're like "This is my car" then just run or I guess you could punch them i dunno.

Best time is at night behind my house.

You don't need a lookout with a cell phone, or to ask totse. Just get out and bloody do it.

It's not when that is important, but where. Look for cars that are older that wouldn't have locking gas caps or security systems. They tend to slow things down. Also, go for a parking lot with a lot of cars that you can get lost in. Go towards the back, but not the very back. Or, go around the back of a business where all the employees park, so you know that you have a few hours to kill. Try not to go during shift switch times.

That's if you HAVE to go during the day. Around 3:00 AM would probably be the best time, in my opinion. Darkness is always the best with stealth.
