So say someone wanted to take 3 hits of acid tonite but they work the next day at 4 pm
they would take the acid roughly between 10:30 - 11 pm
Do you think they will be sober enough to work the following evening

Following evening? Yes. but they would probly be pretty tired (acid makes your brain and body tired) |

i would not do it because i cant sleep after i trip, but i have b4 i guess
just keep in mind you are going to be up very late, and your pupils might be huge still at work

It depends on the quality of the acid -back when I took it, 4 hits was good for a very visual show. Last few times I took it, 5 hits didn't give me any visuals and hardly even a body high. So yeah, quality matters.
Also it depends on how used to acid you are. You seem to not know well enough or else you wouldn't be asking.
And it also depends on the job. Can you get away with not being all there? Or are doing doing something that requires concentration and/or coordination and such?
Ask yourself what's the worse that can happen. If you don't like the answer, there you go. When in doubt just don't do it.
When I was in my 20's I would have done it, even with the very strong acid. But I was also quite an idiot often back then too. I wouldn't do it now. There's always time to have a good trip and not have to worry about having to be anywhere or do anything until you're ready to do so.

Yeah you could take that acid but you'll be super burned out at work.
You'll have some great sleep when you finally get home from work though.

The thought of having to go to work the next day would probably interfere with how much I could enjoy my trip. I always make sure I don't have anything to do the next day so I can just relax.

i took a hit and it was fairly good quality, i took one to see about how strong it was... took it at about 9:30, fought to sleep at around 5:30... woke up at 7:40... got up and went to work horribly exhausted... had to stay at work until 4... serving popcorn and soda to little kids...
i felt shittastic, drove down to the gas station and got a hamburger and felt better after eating... came home and passed out for the next 20 hours, got up and went to work again...
you could do it, you could probably get to sleep around noon, and get a few hours of sleep... maybe earlier if you drink a bit or have something to help you get to sleep like opiates or some benzos....

That sucks that acid is so weak where you are now.
Around here two hits is sometimes too much for beginners (loads of visuals), and more than four will make you sink deep inside your head for the next 12 hours.
I can't even imagine how good the cid must have been around here in the 70s. |

I had what I would consider higher-middle potency acid last year. I gave it to a couple of my friend who were around in the 70s, and they said it was OK. They took 1 geltab each and they said that it did what they would expect one hit to do.
As far as my situation, everything I've ran into since has been that good, so I guess I get quality L.

I think LSD is best when you have the next day off from any kind of stressful activities. I've made the mistake of dropping the day before work before, and it just sucks to start coming down knowing you wont be sleeping much if at all and have work the next day. Plus, I don't know the quality of your acid, but three around here and you wont remeber what reality was for 12 hours. Not good when you have work the next day... but who knows. Live and learn.
