Default how to mess with myspace groups(such as delete stuff when you're not a member)

you still need to be a member of myspace to do this, but you don't need to be a member of the groups you are targetting.

some of these may need the firebox browser to work.

view messages from a private group
at the end of the equal sign, put the target groups ID number
http://forum.myspace.com/index.cfm?f...egory&groupID=

if you aren't sure of where to find a category that has a private group, try these two. both of them have

many private groups.
Gay/Lesbian groups
http://searchresults.myspace.com/ind...&categoryID=15
pets and animals
http://searchresults.myspace.com/ind...&categoryID=24

view videos from a private profile
at the end of the equal sign, put the target person's myspace ID number.

delete bulletins from a group that you don't control
1. create a group, call it whatever.
2. copy and paste your group id somewhere, to a file, whatever.
3. find a group that has bulletins. click on a bulletin that you want to delete.
4. now on the URL bar replace the group ID with the ID of your group. refresh the page.
5. now you should see a button on the lower right, 'delete'.
6. now go back to the original group and notice the bulletin is gone. lol.

instructions for stickying and unstickying topics(pin and unpin). you can do this even if you
are not a member of the group
1. login to your myspace account. create a group, call it whatever you want.
2. create two topics, call them whatever you want.
3. PIN(sticky) one of the topics. now, point the mouse on top of the PIN button, then right click the mouse and choose 'add to favorites'. now point the mouse on top of the UNPIN button, then right click the mouse and choose 'add to favorites'
4. now open another window, search for a group with a pinned/sticky topic that you want to unsticky. click on that topic. now get the thread ID(the number after viewthread&entry) from the URL bar(copy, it , save it somewhere, whatever). now go to your favorites, and RIGHT CLICK the 'pin(sticky this topic(or unsticky, if you want to unsticky something))' thing you just saved in your favorites a minute ago, then choose properties. replace the number in there with the thread ID of the group i asked you to save, then resave it to your favorites.
5. open another window, and go to YOUR group that i asked you to create in the beginning. go to your list of all topics. go to your favorites menu and choose either the pin or unpin link depending on whether or not you're trying to pin or unpin the topic. the page will reload. now go to the list of topics for the target group, and notice that your choose topic will either be stickied or unstickied depending on what you did..

how to post in a group that you are not a member of or a group that you are banned from.
1. first, create your own myspace group if you haven't already.
2.copy your group ID # and save it somewhere.
3.go to a thread in the group you want to post in.
4. in the URL bar change the group id to the ID of your group, then push enter. then you will be able to post in that thread.

view videos from a private profile
(put the user id of the person you are targetting after the equals sign)

Thanks but no thanks.
I'd lose my dignity if I created another MySpace.

Bad Ideas... and even then I don't think they'd appreciate it. Well, the mods can e-mail me for future reference.

Assuming this works, I didn't figure that a large site like myspace would have such large security flaws.

Myspace picture indexer. Doesn't work if pictures are private. Simply insert ID into the search, and voila! Pics.

Note that this doesn't work sometimes, even for non-privated pics.

In general it's not the right forum for hacking topics. I'll let it stand for now because I don't feel like playing forum ping-pong.

*if* you have one private pic from 'before', you can use that pic to see someone's entire list of pics. so that means you MUST have had access already by an older hole.

None of it works. You can get up to the point where you click delete/unsticky etc. but it doesn't delete/unsticky etc.

I guess i made a boo boo in the instructions before. it DOES WORK, i wrote these instructions RIGHT NOW and made sure i followed it. it works.

this is written for internet explorer. it should work in firefox too if you know what you're doing.
1. go to myspace.com and login to your myspace account
2. on the bar with home/mail/profile/friends/music/myspacetv/more - click on MORE
3. click on groups
4. click on create group and create a group, call it whatever you like.
5. go to your newly created group and create TWO new topics. call them whatever you like, but you do need two topics.
6. now click on VIEW ALL TOPICS in your group
7. you'll see the two topics you posted. you will see under the 'posts' column a number, and the word 'pin'. choose one of the topics and click on PIN
8. however the mouse on top of the PIN button(don't click) then RIGHT CLICK the mouse and choose ADD TO FAVORITES
9. now look at your list of topics again, see you have one topic that has PIN beside it, and the other one has UNPIN beside it. hover the mouse over the UNPIN word, and RIGHT CLICK then choose ADD TO FAVORITES
10. now open another internet explorer window, and login to myspace(the same account as you used in step 1
11. find a group that you want to mess with(ie: unpin a pinned topic, or pin a topic that hasn't been pinned). click on view all topics
12. click on the topic that you want to 'change'.
13. in the URL bar you'll see something that looks like fjafjaajjrwThread&entryID=xxxxxxx . the XXXX is your thread ID. copy that number into notepad or something.
14. now go to your internet explorer favorites. previously i told you to add to favorites the pin button and unpin button. suppose for this situation. you want to PIN an unpinned topic. so in your favorites list, RIGHT CLICK the PIN TOPIc that i asked you to save before then click PROPERTIES and you will see in the URL section it says: javascript:doSticky(xxxxxx, true); change the XXXX to the XXXXX number you saved in step13. then click OK
15. it will ask you "the protocol "javascript' does not have a registered program' do you want to keep this target anyway?" ------ click YES
16. open ANOTHER browser window. login to myspace using the same account, and go the group YOU CREATED. click on VIEW ALL TOPICS
17. go to your favorites and click on PIN TOPIC. the window will automatically refresh
18. go back to the OTHER browswer window with the GROUP which had the topic you wanted to PIN or UNPIN. reload the list of topics in that group. notice the topic you had chosen has either been pinned or unpinned magically. (depending on whether you want to PIN or UNPIN something, you'll have to edit the instructions logically.

I just wanted to fuck with people that I know that use myspays.

I can get it to go up to the point where you click delete this topic, then it redirects you to a screen that says there are no topics posted. Then when you go back to the group that had the topic you wanted gone, the topic is still there.
