Get a bottle of high-proof alcohol (at least 80 proof, 151 or Everclear would work better) and put your finely ground weed in it. You're gonna need at least a half oz, I'd say an oz. Put this in a hot water bath for, I don't know, 4-5 hours sounds good. Strain off the liquor and throw the plant matter away. Drink the alcohol and get high/drunk. If you want, you can even evaporate it down so that 1 shot will get you baked but leave you relatively sober as far as alcohol is concerned.

I think it's called dry socket, and from what I hear, you DO NOT want to take your chances with it because I've been told it's painful as fuck, and you will cry like a bitch if it happens. And then you will have to have a syringe with no needle, to spray water in the bloody hole where your tooth used to be. You want that, pretty boy?


If you decide to smoke, however, it's crucial that you don't create any suction in your mouth when you inhale. Don't smoke it like you would a cigarette, because that's a sure fire way to get those blood clots out and have you in pain in no time...on the other hand, you could get high, get dry socket, and then go get pain medicine for the dry socket, but I'm sure you already have some percs if you have your knowledge teeth removed.

All you need to do is gauze up the holes and you should be fine. I've tried this and I never ended up with a dry socket. Just don't inhale too hard.

They say that because suction causes the wounds to open up again. You can't spit or drink through a straw for 24 hours after for the same reason. I got my out yesterday, actually, and they are already feeling pretty healed. Just enjoying the vics though, no bud.

I smoked the next day and was fine. In retrospect it was probably a pretty fucking stupid idea though. I'd just make edibles or forego the weed for a couple days.

I smoked cigarettes and joints just a few hours after my surgery when I was still bleeding. I just made sure I smoked through my nose because the idea is that you avoid damaging your blood clots with changes in pressure inside your mouth. To be honest, all 4 holes healed ahead of schedule.

If you want an easier alternative to inhaling hot joint smoke through your nose then I recommend making some honey oil, it should smell really nice.

Weed seems to increase my senses. It doesn't kill pain for me, it magnifies it.

The reason you're not supposed to smoke is because you will get dry socket (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dry_socket) which is extremely painful and sucks ass.

Dry socket is where the blood clot in your mouth where the tooth was, is for some reason or another pulled out. this is the reason why you also can't drink out of a straw for a while, because of the suction.

for some people weed helps with pain... i know that a few 5mg hydrocodones that i will probably get are probably going to do jack shit for my pain... getting mildly oped up on oxy and hydrocodone for a few days and taking gravity bong hits to get a bit more out of them...

You guys are seriously ridiculous with wanting to smoke through your nose and such. You can just use green dragon like I said. You don't have to look like a jackass smoking through your nose, you won't get dry socket, and the alcohol will actually help prevent infection. Not only does it have those advantages, but oral THC helps with pain much more than smoked THC. It's a win-win-medicate-yourself-instead-of-getting-strung-out-on-pills situation.

I wish someone in my town had oxy. all i got was 12 5/325 percocets. after being on them for months for my back problems they dont do shit for my pain anymore. i had to take 6 just to get any relief. yet the asshole oral surgeon gave the guy that was in there before me 40mg Oxycontins because he complained. I tried to tell him that 5mg perks dont work for me and that i needed something better and all he told me was to take 2 advil and that would work. fucking asshole....
as it is now im down to 5 perks left and will probably have to go to the ER and get something better as the pain is keeping me awake and unable to eat anything other than pudding.
