so I'm probly gonna jack a dealer early next week. Basically person A goes in, buys some weed, sees how many people are around and exits. I meet them outside in a car and see how many people are up there. Then we gotta go pick up some people to do the jack while 1 person waits and watches for people coming in. Gotta make sure there won't be any more people inside when we run up.

The problem is its on a fairly busy street especially around this time of year and you can't just stand on the street and look for people coming and going. There's an apartment building across the street but I don't know if you could really hide there and watch. Binoculars would definitely help.

I need a way to blend in or hide on a street, get into an apartment building or just generally stay out of focus for about 40minutes to an hour while maintaining surveillance on a place.

Go buy a guard outfit and stand around with your Binoculars and look at people. You and your boys should all have guard outfits on. A dealer has *insert number here* people with shinny bages come running into his house he will first think to run or lay down. Make sure to have big mag lights shining in his face and if he doesn't lay down to be cuff smack him in the face a few times with the light and then cuff him and then do fucked up shit like bash his tv.
But we all know you aint going to do shit and if by some reason your not lame as the feds and I think you'll never be able to prove it to us that you did do it. If you did it your going to do it wrong or have too many people to split the loot with. If you just wait till he is gone you will have it all for your self and not risk getting shot.

I asked for advice on how to blend in while checking for people coming and going on a busy street. Its for someone else to do. Obviously this concept is above and beyond you lil suburban cocksuckers.

First off you shouldnt be worried about how many people are in the apartment, its WHAT those people are carrying that will fuck you in the end. Also, if your really serious about doing this, try to make sure it happens at night. Much easier to blend in and if the shit hits the fan you can dipset the fuck out of there without anybody seeing your faces.

1. probly baseball bat/crowbar/whatever. I'm not worried, we've got bear mace, knives, a big metal baseball bat and a guy with a size imposing enough to be a weapon. If they aren't tipped off and there are less than 8 people up there we'll be gravy.
