Not eating at home, get your head out of the gutter

So I was randomly browsing wikipedia as a so often do and one article says that an average American will eat out on an average of 5 times a week and that two or more are fast food.

I get fish and chips once every few weeks if you want to count it but aside from that maybe one every month, sometimes twice. Usually pizza.

I work at a country club restaurant, so I technically "eat out" every weekday.

I try to save fast-food for "when you absolutely, positively HAVE to eat" situations.

depends on the cash flow, because its expensive to eat out...


but yea, i guess i'm your average american.

It all depends, my work schedule varies a lot, so alot of time I don't have time to eat at home.

Maybe once a month do I actually go out with family, or less then that.

I'll grab a slice of pizza or something when I'm out for the weekend.

Usually once a week...depending on my schedule, maybe twice. I haven't had fast food in a few months, though.

unfortunately, i have an addiction to eating fast-food. it just... well, it just tastes damn good. really depends, but usually at least 2-3 times a week. sometimes 4+, really depends though. and yeah, i don't get fat or gain any weight, really. woohoo

It depends on our cravings, but me and my girlfriend normally go out to eat 1-3 times every week. Either at a favorite restaurant of ours or trying somewhere new.

if you mean actually go to a restaurant, then id say about 17 times a year

if you mean buy stuff from a fast fod joint other other place that sells stuff to go, then maybe once a week

It'd be pretty hard to calculate; some weeks, not at all, others, damned near every day. In the past week though I've eaten once at your average burger-n-fries fast food restaurant and once last night at the local Catholic school festival, where I will be going again tonight (and probably repeatedly munching down on funnel cake goodness).
