Hi guys, I am a bit of a noob with 'harder drugs' so help would be appreciated.

I am planning on taking 5, 30mg ratio-lenoltec tablets which are essentially codeine, acetominaphen and caffeine. Through the magic of google I have read upon a process known as cold water extraction and plan to do that to extract the Codeine from the acetominaphen so as to not fuck up my liver. I am a bit nervous as this is my first time with anything other then weed, alcohol or shrooms and I am not sure what to expect. I figured I would ask you guys on if this is safe, what to expect, If my dose is too high or low and any other helpful info because I know a lot of you are more seasoned then me.

2) The caffeine is going to fuck up the sedation of the codeine.

Truth on both aspects.

You're not doing enough of those to worry about the Acetaminophen.

Also. To expect:

1) Itching.
2) Mild sedation and a possible euphoria
3) The Craving for a better opiate.

Depending on his tolerance. If he hasn't had ANY opiate, he could think they all suck or he could be in opiate virgin Heaven. Either way I'm sure things will turn out alright for Mr. Man.

On another note, won't all that caffeine fuck your heart up and make you feel like shit in general? Any caffeine makes me wonder how people can put that shit in their bodies.

Dont bother with the extract you only have 1500 mg of acetominophen/tylenol total to worry about. Thats the equivalent of 3 Tylenols.

If you have any other sedatives including weed/alcohol you should have them handy to use with the pills, b/c the caffeine might take away from the codeine buzz. You should still feel something from 150 mg codeine if you havent tried opiates ever.

Weed goes good with an opiate buzz, try to have some w/your pills.

I have to say I find codeine to be quite enjoyable sometimes. I've had vicodin, oxycodone, morphine..they are all obviously stronger than codeine, but my point is I was still able to enjoy codeine even though I've had much better stuff.

My advice, if you want the full effect break the pills in half before you take them. Also, I'd take them on an empty stomach, or at least wait until you start to feel the euphoria kicking in before you eat. Reason being you want your body to soak up as much of the drug as possible.

As others have said, expect ITCHING. Itching like friggin crazy. I always had to keep a backscratcher near me when I first began to take codeine. However, a few tricks I've learned: antihistamines help with the itching. Also, do not feed the urge to itch. I've found once I begin itching it's hard to stop, whereas if I resist the urge to, it goes away in a few minutes.

Now since these pills have caffeine in them I have no clue how that will effect the high..
