Sound wave Highs
*First post, felt like mentoning it*
OKay so recently I came across a website called www.i-doser.com. It claims that you can experience altered conciousness (or highs) by listening to the sounds they have. They cost like 20$ bucks to download so I used frostwire and got like 5 of them. They have drug names like Cocaine,Marijuana,Ectasy and others. Your ears are supposed to react with advance aduitory response to get you high. I tried one and found out you need headphones and try to meditate. But I have actually experienced some high with this, not hallucenating like acid or anything but highs that make you feel good, like vallium almost. Placebo or not these thigns actually work.
If you want to get the files use limewire, frostwire or just google i-doser, after a few minutes of searching you should find them. Here is a few, there are a lot more though try the i-doser site for the names of them.

Re: Sound wave Highs
Well if it's a "relaxing" feeling that "might be placebo" chances are it isn't that strong and isn't worth my time/money. For $20 I could get heroin.

Re: Sound wave Highs
Man, i just tried ecstasy just for the hell of it. It absolutly sucks, its 30 minutes of what sounds like a vacuum cleaner repeating the same loop over and over. Not stimulating at all, just annoying.

Your supposed to meditate to it, if its loud and annoying to you it defiantly wont work. Different people get different results. Try doing it a hallucinogenic substance, or even an opiate, and you will notice it can almost potentate the trip/high.

Re: Sound wave Highs
I find the key to these is to smoke pot, lie down, and focus on the noise.
I could care less if it's placebo, I find the effects amusing. I don't think I would actually pay for them though.

Re: Sound wave Highs
I've tried several different programs/audio like this. I like hemi-sync cds. Really the only thing they do is just help relaxation because they block outside noises. Personally I don't think the audio frequencies effect your brainwave frequencies at all.

Re: Sound wave Highs
never really had much of any noticeable effects....
if you want to experience something a little more effective look at some of the literal hypnosis files... some of them can put me into a trance that makes it damn near impossible to move...

Re: Sound wave Highs
Listening and concentrating on basically any kind of looping sounds or good tunes while under the influence of a preferred substance can appear to 'potentiate' or improve the high because it basically clears the mind and all that's left is the high itself. This is just a ripoff.

I tired all these bullshits when I was younger and looking for something new or cool.
I didn't get very good results and the noise from it really irritates me.

Re: Sound wave Highs
Also before I was a member, when the regristration system was down, I saw an article regarding sound waves. It said if you play one beat a 400mhz on one side of a headphones and another at 404mhz you will enter a state of altered conciousness. Does anyone know how I can make or where I can get a sound file like that?

Re: Sound wave Highs
I don't fucking get why people would pay for this shit. The only way to get a chemical high would be to put chemicals in your body. There is no way to get high without putting something in your body. You might be "relaxed" but being "relaxed" isn't the same as being on ecstasy or marijuana now is it?

I don't know either but I didn't buy it either. I just downloaded off limewire to try it.
