I really think it would be good for Obama to be president; black people would have some pride and inspiration and maybe DerDrache would stop desperately trying to defend his race and have some pride in himself.

I can honestly say I am greatly looking foward to the outcome of the US election, whoever wins.

I don't think hes going to be killed because there aren't big enough groups of organized racist people with the resources to do that. I'm sure there will be a few individual crazy people that try to kill him. But to actually kill him a group would need to organize it on a massive level.

I think that it all depends on who his running mate is, whether he gets offed or not.

I think about it this way. George Bush is hated by around...80% of the population. The only people that don't hate him are hillbillies etc. He's taken our country so far down it's comical that he can still stand and act like an authoritative figure. His love of Keynesian economics will destroy your economy even more. Furthermore he does not understand anything about the conflict in the Middle East. We cannot just leave in good conscience, though personally I am all for dumping all presence militarily and financially around the world and letting them sort their own shit out, politically he cannot do that. The government in Iraq is unstable at best, and it will not be able to withstand pressure from Iran. Since Obama has recently pledged his love of Israel over and over he won't be able to take their dick from his ass so we will be stuck defending Israel. If the Democratic party really, and I mean really, wanted to get out of Iraq all they have to do is stop funding it. One of the Congress' primary roles is as the Exchequer of the Treasury, thus once the Dems got a simple majority they could have pushed it through, but they didn't.
