you don't need to register for an account. its just like using yahoo or google, go there, and search. it allows you to search by state, but unless the name is very common, don't search by state, just use the default setting of all states.
after you search for someone, you'll see a list of people. on the right hand side there's an orange box that says 'view details'. DO NOT CLICK on that.
click on one of those colored letters on the LEFT of the view details button, then you will be able to see the full record including conviction date, disposition date, name, address, birthdate, and lots of other interesting stuff.

I have checked 6 people who I know for a fact have been convicted from everything from drug posession, to distribution, to residential burglary, to assault to DUI and I have not found 1 single result.....pretty fucking useless
