 some quick questions
Ok so my friend works at a golf course and he noticed some plants in the woods along the course, and it turns out they were pot. He grabbed some leaves to make sure and it is definatly pot. The plants are starting to develope buds and im wondering when are you supposed to grab them, before they flower, or after? Any help is appreciated, and all of you about to try and diss me and call me a noob just click the back button.

No this golf course is in a High class neighborhood, no one around there would have planted this, and cops go by a lot. You can tell its wild cause theres only 2 places, and both are different types.
