Does anyone know the bio availability of dilaudid? Im planning on getting 5-8 mg pills for 50$, is this a good price? Also what would be a good oral and nasal dose? Would tagamet potentiation work with this?

although i've never taken dilaudid before, it says on the narcotic converter that 40mg of hydromorphone oral is equal to about 106.67mg of oxycodone oral. sounds good to me, that is, you'd paying less than 50 cents/mg for OC.

Thats a great price. I would say 8 mg is like 40 mg of OC, depending on how you use it though. Maybe like 30 mg of OC if you do it orally, b/c of OCs higher oral bioavailability.

Not to add to the gayness, but consider plugging it (since I doubt you'd shoot it w/the question of addiction still on the table) b/c it will be the strongest way you can do it without a needle. There's oxymorphone suppositories BTW so you wouldnt be the only one getting high w/opiates like that.

Edit: If you did shoot it it would be the rush of like 60-80 mg OC, with the "staying power" of 40-60.

About the same as snorting, but takes a bit longer to start working and is the slightest bit stronger. It was only 2 mg though. Higher dose could be different.

I tried this once with a 4mg and it was the same as snorting, but maybe a little stronger and a little longer lasting. And slower to kick in.
