lol, i've only ever seen this shit in movies and such but do people really record shit like if you say "Bomb" on a phone?
If yes, what would be some possible penalties for saying things i have no intention of doing and talking with such with a friend?

Yeh, unfortunately. Theres a whole list of words that upset the old women and paranoid people which can get you arrested on the plane.....(also, us marshalls carry guns right? whats stopping someone from overpowering them and using their gun to take over the plane?)

I am American and our Constitution is laughed at all the time now a days by various government agencies using it to bend it to the will of whatever they feel like "In the name of protecting our freedoms."
