How could I do this? I want it to be bleach white, not a light blonde

Would bleaching it get it to this point? Could I bleach it without severely damaging my scalp? (Its not a big deal to me if it damages my hair)

Just bleach it as light as you can get it, then use a white toner, like manic panic. When I did my friend's hair, I added a little blue to balance out the yellowish tones. Too bad he had dark brown natural hair, the roots were hilarious, and he ended up having me dye it back to brown again
