Default getting through a bared door?

so there's a door i need to get past. getting it unlocked is not a problem but on the other side of the door a piece of 2"x4" square steel tube that goes across the door. it also has steel extensions the come off and sit right against the door. thats the problem. anyone have any idea of how one could get past it without making too much noise? i've come up with a few possibles,

1. drill a hole through the door with a 3 inch hole saw and lower some kind of hook tied the a rope and see if i can't hook it and lift it enough to get the door open.

2. drill a half inch hole through the door right about where the bar sits and try to somehow push it up with a thin steel rod.

3. ????

things i do know are the exact messurements of where the bar sits across the door. so i could drill very carefully placed holes if needed.
things to be considered,
where i'd be working is outside in residentual neighborhood with the neighbor about 100 yards away so noise is an issue but a cordless drill wouldn't be a problem. i could make more noise if it was a windy or stormy night. but i would be sheltered from being able to be seen and time is not a problem. this is the only way in. and getting past this door would be very very profitable. but this bar is mounted very sturdy.

so anyone have any useful idea's? or things i haven't considered?

Where are the hinges on this door? You best not tell me that they are on the outside.

Why don't you think that your drilling idea is viable. Sounds easy enough. Drill the hole, make a bypass tool to push the bar up.

If you can get away with the noise, use an angle grinder to cut a way through the door. Cut a diagonal line from the side of the frame down to the corner of the landing.

Why are you fucking with an entry like this anyways? Sometimes you need to think outside the box on this sort of thing, feel me?

this is the best i can do for a pic, hope it helps.

this is the only entry possible. its a back door to a new edition of a building. the only other way in has a motion sensor for an alarm but this way has no alarm from the door to where the money is. also the only other way in is on a well lit main drag through town my entry is in a dark alley and is covered my a small shelter/porch. just all the way around seems the best option. windows are bars over from the inside and are 8ft off the ground so no option there. i was almost thinking the bast way in is to drill a half inch hole about an inch under where the bar runs across the door. then have some 1/4" rod bent up that has 2 90 degree bends in it to form kind of a "z" shape except they'd be 90's slip it in through the hole and by pushing down on the end thats on the outside of the door would in turn push the bar up on the inside but i'm not sure how well that would work.

hinges are on the inside

another thing i was thinking was to just cut across the door with a sawzal so i don't have to fuck with the lock or the bar but i think that would far exceed the noise i'm willing to make.

this is a one time deal no room for error i either pull it off or i never try again and i'm looking at between 5k-10k cash so i'd really like to pull it off.

and like i say i can get exact messurements before i do it so from the outside i'll know exactly where the bar is height wise and exactly how far in it is.

any other idea's?
