So theres this one girl at work I met a couple days ago. First day we chatted briefly until I got off work. Then yesterday I had a longer shift with her so we were talking a lot more and having a good conversation kind of in a playful flirtatious way. So right before I left I got her number but I'm not sure if she really actually does like me. I really haven't talked to her too much so I'm kind of hesitant just to be like 'hey want to go out'.

So today I just texted her for a little bit nothing too serious just to chat her up while I was at work cause she wasn't there. So what to do now, totse? Should I start hitting on her next time I see her at work, then call a couple days later? Or if I end up not seeing her there should I just give her a call and arrange something?

See I'd feel better about it if I knew her better but I've only talked to her a total of 2 or 3 hours. So what is your advice totse?

It doesnt matter if it a work relationship I'm qutting in 3 or 4 weeks so I don't really care.

Don't always be the first to text/call. She'll start to get too comfortable and will lose interest if she knows she has all your attention.

Feel it out. If she's interested, even mildly, show her interest. Ask her to do something fun.

Ok so heres the plan. Next time at work I'm gonna hit on her. Its kind of weird where I work so sometimes you'll see people and sometimes you won't. If I don't see her I'm just not gonna text or call for like a week then just text one day if she hasn't called or anything.

So I guess I'll talk to her in person more then hopefully she'll be the one to text/call. But what should I do if its been a few days and theres no call? Maybe she is just waiting for me to call? So I may initiate it one more time, not in the next couple days, but just do it and then wait. Should I do that or not?

Just call her and tell her you think you guys should go out sometime.
Then take it from there.

Don't call or text straight away, leave it about 3 days then ask to meet up again sometime. take it from there, easy.

Ya I've seen this go all too well if you play it right at work with chicks. A waiter at my work picked up a hostess because he just chatted with her a lot on his free time. Then it went on from there.

Your chances are going to be greater here because you two are in the same environment. It builds up an almost instant comfort zone. It's not like you're some random kid out of town who she met through maybe one of her friends.

This is an easy task because if the girl liked you at first site it will flow very nicely. You have a really good chance. gl.

IMHO work relationships kick ass. ESPECIALLY if its the manager your fucking. Anyway dont get caught stealing lol
