Default Telling gamefly they sent the wrong game

So I went ahead and signed up to try gamefly today.

I had just tried the online blockbuster thing and since you can get it a month free I am just using my house, my girlfriends house, my girlfriends apartment, my nana's house, everything and its going pretty good.

Anyway, this last time blockbuster sent me a wrong dvd, in a wrong sleeve and everything. This gave me the idea, if there is a game I want, what stops you from saying it was the wrong game in the sleeve, and send back an old shitty game you don't want or something.

I see on their site that people are not responsible for games lost in the mail either.

I'm especially guessing it will be easy with sequels, like when Soul Caliber IV comes out, go buy a used soul calibur III for 10 dollars and tell them they sent me the wrong game.

You know, I don't see why that wouldn't work. Nice thinking, because everybody makes a mistake every now and then, I would try it, and If it doesn't work, then you can always send them the original game back. Worst case senario they might ban you from their service. If it does work though, don't make a habbit of doing it, and use common sense
