I know this guys mailing address, and he is somewhat annoying. What can I send to him through the mail? Are there any like huge mailing lists sites that I can sign him up for something like a "mail bomb"? (Not a real bomb, but something like an email bomb in real life.)

ooo put a fish in a parcel, put the address to as some house that doesn't exist (make sure it doesn't exist) and put the return to sender address as his place.
my mum's friend did this to someone and the postal service ended up putting the parcel in a sealed plastic bag.

Itching powder, AKA ground up fiberglass insulation. Forget about the porn mag subscription--just fill out every card you can find in magazines, mark for the longest subscription, and mark "bill me later". I used to do that to people who wronged the law and were written up in local newspaper. Never knew a one of them, just did it for my silent revenge.

Of course it'd be more fun to order them pizzas from a local pizza parlour or a plumber or other local tradesmen to them. Search up tradesmen local to them and set up for the plumber or whatever to come out. They usually charge a call out regardless.
