Well a couple nights ago me and 2 friends wanted to get wasted, so according to my friends, i drunk half of a 40% alcohol bottle of vodka. Needless to say i was pretty gone and having alot of fun. Then one of my other friends showed up with some weed, and he sorta made me smoke 3 bowls haha. He had to do the carb and hold it i was too gone. It was my third time smoking weed so the first time i really felt effects. As soon as it hit me i started throwing my guts up, and felt much better
So, help an inexperienced user out, was it the weed or the booze?

Yeah its when your real drunk and smoke a joint your head starts spinning and thats what makes you sick I think. If you'd been smoking weed before you started drinking it wouldn't happen.

both. you have to be careful when drinking / smoking. if you drink lightly and smoke, youl be fiune. but if your wasted and smoke, chances are youll get the spins and start chucking.

Yes, every time. Because it's an extremely dangerous combination, marijuana is not a safe drug and it's very dangerous to mix it with alcohol. It's also THE gateway drug.

I actually stopped drinking alcohol, cause it kept fucking with my joints.

The truth. I've done this, and thrown up after one round of killer. I did get stupidly, stupidly, obscenely hammered and mashed for about twenty minutes before I kaffled though.

I've never spewed off that combo, but it does present some memory issues.

I think the trick is to just pace yourself. Imo it's more enjoyable to smoke relatively slowly so you can enjoy each stage of the sensations before you're just totally baked.

Not always by a long shot, but on certain occasions and in certain situations yeah.

If you're borderline double vision drunk, you're probably going to want to take it easy on the ganj, or avoid it all together. Because hitting it will almost guarantee you will throw up.

However, if you're not that drunk, you should be fine, since normally weed actually helps you with nausea. But I have found that the more weed you smoke, the less alcohol it takes to get to a good level of fucked up-ness. It seems kind of obvious to me but some people don't think about it.

So just generally, if you're smoking and drinking, smoke less and drink less than if you were going to do just one of the two. The keyword here is synergy.

One time I was at my chinese friends' apartment, nice as shit, and he had like 6 people over there at any given time, including me and him, but the people changed up. Anyway, we got 3 cases and some liquor for the night, and got to getting it done haha.

By the end of the night we had killed all 3 cases and a good bit of liquor, but different people had left beers around, and everybody had left recently so they were still good. I'm talking about 6 or so beers just sitting around. And it was all friends so no need to worry about spiked drinks or diseases. This is like 3.5 hours after we started drinking.

My friend challenged me to finish all the beer, and if I succeeded, then he would smoke a gram of headies with me. If not, my loss would be getting too fucked up if it happened, and not smoking headies, so there wasn't really a downside other than possibly not being able to finish the beer. Me being the stoner I am, I accepted of course, and got to it.

Well as the night turned out, about 30-40 minutes later I was able to finish all the beer, and it got me wasted. But then after taking only one good hit of the heads(as promised), I was thrown into the spins and threw up like 3 times that night. I wasn't even able to enjoy the headies I drank all the beer for, let alone just the beer.

So remember kids, pace yourself!

Yeah one time I was trashed and I managed to take a hit of resin and I seriously threw up right on the spot.

What works good though, is drinking beer and sitting on a blunt/joint/bowl.

Most I nights when I smoke weed and drink I go through half a 40 of JD or Rum and 2-3 blunts in about an hour. The liquor will hit me just after the blunts and I get pretty ripped, but i only throw up if i haven't eaten anything, that's the main factor for me.

both... ive puked when mixing those two... but when they are separate ive never puked...

The combination of marijuana and alcohol has never even made me nauseous.

In fact, the only drugs/drug combinations that have made me sick are a mix of alcohol and valium, high doses of OC, high doses of methadone, and Suboxone.

Grr... I hate Suboxone...

But I digress. In the end, it all depends on the person. Some have stronger stomachs than others. You just have to know your limits and know the drugs/doses that make you feel icky.

But seriously, does barfing really bother you that much? I know when I'm sick, I'm still high as a kite and I don't really care. And once you throw up, you feel better.

closest i came to throwing up was 20mg of oxy and a huge bowl of weed but i rode that shit out.

The general rule is smoke before you drink, not the other way around.

I have gotten wasted on top of already being stoned before and it was a great combination with no sickness involved. But Once i got drunk then smoked some weed and didnt feel too good, but luckily i didnt spew.
So in conclusion, its a good if you smoke first and wait until the sillies go away then start drinking a lot and you will feel great.
