If you smoke like an ounce to yourself, you get so much THC in your system that it gets rid of itself the next day. Trust me, it works

If you are already clean, and you smoke once it will stay in your system for about a week or so tops. So if you got 2 weeks to spare before you next UA just smoke like 1 joint and then start working out for the next week

If they are going to piss test you just cut off your penis right before you take it.

really though it depends when the last time you smoked. you can chug a glass of vinegar and it will clean your system. you can also start taking shots of wheat grass daily until your test. just drink a shitload of water and piss as much as possible. get an at home drug test for yourself before your test so youll know if youre clean or not.
