otc sleep aid suggestions wanted
alright so i took about 45mg of adderall xr at 11 am and really need my sleep for school tommarro. I don't hav much at home, was thinking of drinking half a bottle of cough syrup or something. I kno this isnt much adderall but i hav insomnia issues to begin with, and taking adderall definetly worsens it. would it be ok to drink some cough syrup and chase it with a few shots of vodka? if so how much cough syrup and vodka to use. was planning on buying some benadryl if it comes to it, but i dont feel like leavin the house (anxiety issues, and i dont hav a car). and i was wondering if i would feel shitty the next day from taking benadryl, and if it would give me a good quality of sleep. Thanks guys!

and fuck you to the guy who said huff bleach and rubbing alcohol. this is a serious question and one that alot of totse insomniacs will most likely appreciate. god damn 15 year olds, thinkin their funny by saying stupid shit on a forum. any real totsians here?

He's just saying that if you need to be able to sleep at night, it isn't wise to take adderal which is true.
If I was you I'd probably just drink until I felt like I could sleep or keep popping adderal and stay up all night and then crash after the test.

Look in your medicine cabinet for NyQuil: The antihistmine in there (Doxylamine succinate) will put you on your ass pretty nicely
If you take benadryl, your going to need a large dose, and then means your going to feel drowsy/groggy as shit in the morning. Not good, especially since you've been cramming for a big test.

doxylamine, aka Somnil, Dozile, Donormyl, Restavit and Unisom-2.
in america, it is in the non-gel cap unisoms as well. but the gel cap ones are just bendryl.

dude, quit fucking with me. i took the adderall this morning the second i woke up so i could study for this test. thanks to that adderall i got lots of studying done. now i need to sleep. what exactly is your problem with me?

edit: thanks to the posters who replied with useful advice. i'll be sure to buy some unisom, or benadryl, whichever is cheaper. so im layin down here, chillin, drinking white wine and smoking weed. sleeping shouldnt be too hard tonight. im not taking any fast acting insulin either tonight, the high blood sugar from all these carbs will also help me sleep, hopefully my bs wont be much higher than 200...
