Your on a bus full of people, I cannot go bash my enemy or risk exposure/being kicked off of only transport route.

Hypothetical part: Say I bring a long needle and stab him through the back, it would let him know not to mess with me, leave no evidence and it could be done inconspicuously.

I don't see how you're going to do this inconspicuously, once you prick your enemy with the needle he's obviously going to know. Your best bet is to inject whatever substance as quick as possible, perhaps when your bus route is nearing it's end so that you have a quick means of escape?

Well, f you're going to stab him with a needle you migh as well just step it up a bit and pull out a 6 inch hunting knife and stab him in the jugular. Either way you'll likely get caught and charged with anything from battery (if the needle doesn't kill him and isnt aids infected or nicotine laced or anything else) to murder (If the needle is laced or hits him in the wrong area and he dies.)
