Im on 30 mgs of oxy with potentiation right now and am finding a great deal of entertainment looking at random youtube videos, specifically salvia trips and fight videos.

Oh not on the netz? well idk if this is exactly entertaining but just lay down in your bed or on a couch and close your eyes and let the euphoria wash over you, you will begin to nod and have amazing dreams, as long as your not very tired you will come back into reality every 5-10 minutes.

I took a whole bottle of Hydrocodone pills it only fucked me up for an hour... I was like that sucks
But the liquid is something special

how is snorting some lorcets? any stronger? and what can potentiate it?

Please don't snort Lorcet. It has LOTS more tylenol than Hydro. That would be like crushing 2 aspirin, mixing it with one line of coke and snorting. If you only have a couple of them, eat 'em. If you have ten or more, do a cold water extraction. It's not as complicated as it sounds. (Brief rundown: Crush pills to powder, dissolve in hot water. Put water into freezer until ice cold but not frozen, filter water off and drink it. Look it up for a more precise weights and measures doc.)

As for things to do on a ~40mg dose, I, like you, don't have a tolerance for the opioids. I get Vic's about twice a year max. 40mg is still a lower to medium threshold dose for me (6'3", 285lb.). Best thing I like to do is get the lights low, put something good on the TV and just enjoy. It's not much of a buzz, but if you are alone and undisturbed, it can be more enjoyable. Although a couple of times when I was disturbed during this, I didn't really feel to buzzed sitting there but did have a bit of a hard time talking (sloppy mouth) when engaged in conversation

Just remember, if you're only gonna do it once or twice, don't worry about the CWE. Just avoid doing more than 3000-4000 mg's of tylenol more than once or twice a month. Anything more than that, do the CWE every time.
