If it looks like it's covered in dirt, it's probably black tar. Tar can't be snorted. I'm not sure if it can be smoked, but why not try it. If it don't work, shoot about .3 grams.

If it was powder, why would he say it looked like it was covered in dirt? Here's a link to a picture of 1.8 grams of tar. To me, it looks like a clump of dirt.

ok first of all it sounds like you got black tar herioin it should smell like a mixture of vinegar and shit.
And for those of you who said it can't be snorted your wrong you make it into cheese using a sleeping pill like tylenol pm. I've found the best type it Simply Sleep made by tylenol.
Basically you take the time release off by washing it in water. then crush it into powder form put the tar on a plate and then put a drop of water on the tar. After that heat up the top part of a spoon then melt the tar down into liquid. After that is done you mix the powder in with the tar until its a light brown consistency, and there you have cheese. if you don't feel extremely fucked up within 30 minutes then you got sold fake shit.

if you're inexperienced with heroin then smoking is your best bet, especially since you have tar. throw it on a piece of aluminum foil and heat from below with a lighter, use a straw to suck in the smoke that comes from your now melted heroin.

this is not the most effecient method because you will lose some of the smoke (until you practice a little) but it is by far the hardest method to OD with.

Dude does it smell like vinegar? It is probably black tar heroin. You have to chase the dragon. You vcant just throw it in your weed pipe and smoke it. You have to chase the dragon aka vape it off of foil.

You break off a small blob the size of a match head r half a match head. Put on foil that has been smoothed out. use a pen tube in your mouth as your toot. hold lighter under blob on foil and slant foil. Heat to where the tar melts and begins to roll down the slanted foil. As soon as it starts to bubble and melt you want to be sucking up the vapor that comes off.

You can also use baking powder - not baking soda - to cut the tar into powder.
