This is the first reasonable answer to the op's question.

Think about the surface area of your lungs getting hit with the thc and other shit, and holding the hit to allow more thc to be absorbed through the lungs. The hit passing into/out of your lungs and the smoke passing out your nose aren't really a big part of the whole thc-absorption process, it would seem.

Just do a butane extraction and iv that shit like you've got a pair.
