When you walk what the fuck do you do with your arms?
So I walked to my local drugstore for some ice cream just now and on my way back I realized that I have no fucking idea what you're suppose to do with your arms as you walk.
I usually act like I'm playing with my fingernails when I'm walking. I tried just swinging my arms back and forth like a normal person but it just felt too damn weird.
So SG what do you do with your arms as you walk? Possibly give me tips  |

I usally just put them in my pockets, or have them by my sides, in a controlled manner. I don't let them swing back and forth, as in a swagger, cause that just looks gay.

Your supposed to swing them along with the rhythm of your stride to counterbalance the shift in weight. Try swing the same arm with the same leg you step with. You feel the difference.

If I'm wearing a hoody, then they go in my hoody pockets.
If I'm not wearing a hoody, usually I have like a lighter in my hand or something to distract myself from thinking about what to do with my arms.

I tried that. It just feels awkward. It also makes me feel like people are watching me and judging me

They should be parallel with the top of your shoulder (horizontal) and turned 90° at the elbow to face the ground.

My arms are so full of muscle that they don't move when i walk. They can't bend either. I can bench 200lbs.
