Do people actually not use drugs and are not actually around it? Because I know a lot of people and I couldnt imagine being in circle of friends where you dont know anyone who uses drugs. What do regular people who don't use drugs do? Whats it like? If I dreamed of being able to have a life without drugs and no one would who did them in my life, would those people be fun to hang out with? or are they just really sheltered?

I think it is time to quit this seriously destructive lifestyle, but I have never made friends outside of drugs.

I know some people that decide not to use drugs. I can't stand it when someone likes someone else simply because they don't use drugs, it's ridiculous. My brother doesn't use drugs, hates 'em, and was insanely pissed when he found out I was doing drugs, but he's still a mad cool kid. The only difference with people that don't do drugs is that they don't do drugs. I mean, there's some people who don't do drugs and they will never be able to understand certain concepts that you can figure out/learn while on mind expanding drugs like acid, but yet there's people out there that got all that shit figured and haven't touched a single drug in their life. If someone uses ANY form of drug shouldn't matter in the relationship you have with that person because you gotta realize that everyone has their own opinion and reasons behind it. But yea, not doing drugs can be fun, it'd be worse to start drugs and stop because in that case you know how good they are and want more then can't. It'd be pretty shitty to be a recovering heroin addict or something, it's rough shit, I've seen a buddy go through, does not look like fun. My wife doesn't do drugs, and I have a very hard time conveying certain concepts and ideas to her that I've learned or felt on drugs. It's just not her bag. She's quite sensitive. Even smoking pot is like a huge thing for her, she can't leave the house, she won't do it unless there is NOTHING else going on, kids in bed, her store has closed, and she is about to go to bed, because she just gets TOO fucked up. She drinks here and there, but to non drug users, that's not a drug.

They do what any other person does who isn't on drugs at the current moment...anything they want to an extent...just like anyone can do if they are on drugs to an extent (obviously). I like drugs, I think everyone should try some sort of drug at some point in their life just to have that experience. Do I care if they don't do anything, nope, if that is their "thing" then so be it. Not everyone needs to be high 24/7 or to have a good time, it loses meaning to me if that is the case.

yes. many people do not use drugs. Try it sometime. If you use a lot of drugs, you may find it boring or "lacking something" for a while, though. There are people who have NEVER used drugs, and seem quite happy with it. There are people who had fun using drugs, or became addicted to drugs and quit, and currently do not use drugs. In short: yes.

You can't spend all the time fucked up, but you can't spend all the time sober. I mainly just get high at weekends now, and stay sober in the week, and it works well for me, I have the best of both worlds.

To elaborate, everyone uses drugs, in one way or another. People smoke cigarettes, drink coffee, take NSAID medications, hell, our emotions and our brains themselves are hardwired on the entire system that all of these so called drugs act on.

So to correctly answer the question, no, there are no people ever in the entire existence of the human race that did NOT use drugs. It is the definition of being human. Being human, being aware, and living in our world is only made possible through drugs.

Of course there are people that don't use drugs. I'm sure I could have a very enjoyable life without any drugs as long as there was plenty of sex and alcohol around. Just so happens that I do have access to all sorts of drugs and choose to take them, but I'm sure many people don't have steady access to drugs so they just find other things to entertain them.

I know alot of people who do drugs and DONT do drugs. I know entire families
who do drugs and the same where every family member except one does drugs.

I know plenty of people who don't do drugs and instead insist on getting completely wasted to the point of puking every other weekend. They're so scared to do anything else and as long as the government says it's okay then everything's fine and they shun anything past alcohol and cigerettes.

The only ones i've known are incredibly close-minded and totally sucked into all the BS the government spews out about various illegal substances. I find them to be incredibly boring, uninspiring people because their minds seem to just be perfectly moulded into typical acceptable college student mode.

I have spoken to them about drugs and some of them couldn't be more ignorant! I find the people who take drugs are generally kinder, more genuine, interesting, intelligent and knowledgable. I'm sure that's not always the case but personally..I wouldn't wish to spend my time with any other kind of people.

I drifted away from the 'normal' ones eventually cause they are just so lacking in so many areas mentally - they don't stimulate what intelligence I do have. Drinking does nothing for me... just makes me depressed, gives me a headache and need to take a piss every 10 minutes.

Honestly, being sober is the best life. I know people will be like "I take drugs every night to learn stuff about myself I'm responsible" and all that shit, but most of those people are addicted to getting high. People that don't have one habit, but are just addicted to altering their conscious every night they can. And don't try to say that's not an addict. Just like with marijuana. I'm not saying smoking weed is bad, I'm just saying it's a habit. And any time you have a habit or addiction of any kind, it is not going to provide you with more self fulfillment or any more happiness than you would have if you didn't have said habit/addiction. And I know that being an addict doesn't necessarily mean you will be a low life and not go anywhere, or be a loser or whatever, I just mean you won't be as satisfied with life in general as you would if you didn't have that habit. Also, habits require money...

I thought that when I first started smoking, but when you really think about it makes sense that not everyone does. I know a kid that's smoked weed and he doesn't like it. He's done all sorts of drugs like yay-yo, drinks a shitload, hallucinogens, he just doesn't like the high that weed gives you. It all depends on who you are. Just about all the people I know who don't do drugs just about love EVERYTHING else.

A friend of mine hates drugs, and hates people who have to do them to have a good time, and etc. (He's pretty close minded) Its hard to describe but he fucking has a blast at everything he does. Its like he's high on life. We went to the movies just tonight and he got so into batman he's always like "OOHHH MAN" "DANG DUDE DID YOU SEE THAT??!?!"

While I was just casually watching. It was another movie to me (a good one at that) but it was epic to him. Its like being high wouldn't have even made it better for him as it would for me.

The word drug is a very broad term that people use to describe anything supplemental thing that "you take". We're talking about psychoactive drugs. Drugs are an external stimuli influencing certain neurotransmitter systems. An example of this would be that if one were to remove the rna segment that is encoded for serotonin production from a human cell, insert the rna into a bacterial RNA segment, and to insert the bacterial produced serotonin back into a human, the serotonin wouldn't pass through the BBB.
