 this Kava Kava extract worth anything?
I was at this pharmacy earlier today and i seen this bottle of "kava kava extract, 60, 250mg capsules, 30% Kavalactones".
it costs 15.99

are these really worth anything? how many should i take?
It also has 100mg of Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus).

id search erowid. i did a quick little search, but i couldnt find a good mg dose of kava to take. i didnt loook very far in depth though
