Rent "Motel Hell" from 1980. It might be the worst movie ever made, and it is hilarious. Apparently it is a spoof of TCM, and other slasher type movies. It's well worth the $3-at-most charge for an old rental like this.

EDIT: I didn't really make it clear that it's not meant to be a particularly "funny" spoof, it just ends up being that way.

I've actually found the pure garbage they put on SciFi, the "Scifi Originals," are hilariously bad. Not always slashers and horny girls but it sometimes happens, only instead of some axe murderer, the killer is a badly rendered CGI monster. Good stuff.

I thought House of A Thousand Corpses was pretty fucking bad, I couldn't finish watching it. So that's probably exactly what you're after.
