I have my own personal bias, but I don't let it take over and make the final decisions. I keep my personal bias to myself until my bias is proven or dis-proven per individual.
What escapes many people, is it is innate human nature to gravitate towards ones likeness. That's not racism in an eggshell, but a small step below. In other words, the seed is there, but whether or not it flourishes is another question.
