ok now i have a pretty decent case of paranoia and ive been looking it up but most have some gnarly side effects such as constipation, drooling, SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION, dry mouth, anxiety and other bullshit like that. does anyone know of any meds that will help eliminate paranoia?

the best way is to work it out for yourself, and in time it most likely will as you find your own ways to cope and make it better which will also make you a stronger person. Rather than relying solely on a miracle drug (which won't exist). Benzo's are prescribed for it usually but they have recreational value and you would likely become dependant to an extent....and then what happens if you can't get some, will you just not leave the house?

now ive been having semi panic attacks associated with paranoia and when i do ive been doing the whole 10 deep breaths excersise and it actually helps quite a bit. what would be the best and cheapest benzo for me to get? also least addictive would be nice as im not looking into these for daily recreational use.

A nice dose of any benzo will work or if your looking to go into extremes, look at soem antipschyotics. Trust me, paranoia will never exist in the land of Seroquel

oddly enough i used to get real paranoid sometimes, especially while smoking weed..

i mean sometimes i'd trip out so hard to the point where if i was in an uncomfortable position i would refrain from moving to get comfortable just to not look "out of place" or whatever.. some weird shit i don't get it either

i gave snri a try and tried a few of them (effexor/remeron/pristique/cymbalta) none of them did shit barely even dented my mindstate (yes i waited the months and shit for it to get in my bloodstream). so obviously i don't even bother giving those a try anymore.

BUT, during my stint on snri's my paranoia had been demolished, no matter the drug or state of mind. i don't get paranoid. so i am really thankful for that i must say.. thing is though i don't take that bullshit anymore. it showed me the light introduced the non paranoid state of mind to my mind and it's been instinct ever since, once i was re-familiarized with it it was there permanently, and still is. don't need the meds to keep it.. just the knowing of what it is

idk what i'm getting at tbh. have you given any of those meds a shot? i've never really been depressed but i gave them a shot anyways, they took my paranoia away, and i quit them. no more paranoia, i think it was a good move. look into it idk its 6 am here i haven't slept in a while i;m rambling and i know it so i'm outta here..

ps adderall really helps with paranoia imo.. meth amplifies paranoia for me. but adderall, everythings great. same with valium/xanax/klonopins
