Ok ill start this out with please no negative feedback im just in a fucked up situation and i dont know what to do .. cus rehab aint a option.

Ok i started taking Hydrocodone about 2 years ago and since then i have been hooked bad.
I was taking about 8-10 a day until about 2 months ago when i ran into oxycodone. And started liking thoose so much better because it had less then half the amount of tylenol in it . But thoose came to a end when my friend stopped getting them. So now im still taking the hydros.. about 5 a day ..

But the main reason i take them is becuse of my work. I work as a manager in a pizza shop and i work from 8 am till 11pm 5 days a week and 9 am till 5 once a week .. so im usually a very tired person . but i take the vics just to give me an energy boost for the day and it just overall makes me feel stronger be awake so i can keep working, Now about 6 kmnths ago im having a very hard time shitting .. i get very nassty gas and cant shit for days unless i take laxatives and drink prune jusice and honestly im so fucking sick of doing that shit cus its not worth it.. i try everyday to not take and vics and i just feel very week and dont want to work
i have noticed if i take adderall it will make me shit everything in my body out and make me wired all day so i wont even take and vics .. but at the same time my bobdy is just always fucking sore plus i have a really bad back

sorry if i am annoying .. im just looking for help .. is their better ways to help me shit everyday so i wont get nasty gas fiber pills and lots of water wont work either

Thats wierd that they give you energy. I always took hydro/oxycodone to get down. If you want to shit try drinking a few cups of coffee in the morning. It will get your bowels moving properly.

coffee wont help at all .. i have tried it will just bloat up my stoumich and give me horrible gas and a sour stoumich ...

Yeah the adderall should help you go to the bathroom but also maybe you can try to cut back on the Vicodin by having the Adderall give you the energy you need. You might be getting worse back pain from taking painkillers b/c when you aren't taking them the pain is worse and exaggerated and then only taking another painkiller will let your pain be relieved. Have you tried smoking weed for the back pain, maybe that with the adderall can help you have energy and not be in pain while at the same time not taking narcotic painkillers like vicodin and oxy. Not suggesting you get totally stoned at work, just a toke or 2 a couple times a day should work and help you out. You can smoke cigarettes and/or spliffs so you dont smell like weed.

thanks sean .. no i am a daily weed smoker.. i will do the one hit then run back inside so id ont get caught just to make the gas kinda go away .. just the problem is i cant really get adderral just when i hear someone has some .. but will concerta make me go also? their alza 54 mg but right now im going to go get 2 adderol 20 mg but their xr will that make me go to the bathroom? i will [post back and thanks for everyones help

Hey OP...do you get time and a half for every hour over forty? I'm curious because I've done the pizza-shop-manager gig before and it fucking SUCKED...get worked like a nigger, paid hardly shit, and usually not compensated appropriately for overtime (40+).

I was responsible for opening/closing the store, restocking inventory, handling catering orders, and all the other general manager shit, and I still wasn't making more than even our lowliest driver after they got their tips...shitty tips, mind you, because of where we were located.

Your gona have to find alternative laxatives, there are plenty of them just search a site like pubmed. Also you should immediatly begin weening your self off opiates, maybe try some kratom and see how you like it as an alternative while you detox.

So if you need it for work maybee you should cut back on the hours, you sholdn't have to work like that, it is too much. Maybee hire someone else. It is also habit-forming, and can lead to physical and psychological addiction.
