I heard quite a few bars have a cellar of sorts where they keep the beer, and late-night bars usually have it unlocked. On a slow night, maybe go for a run?

go to sleep, plan something during the day then go out at 2am the next night. 4-5 is when alot of people start work(ie. chefs, bakers, butchers, etc)
