snorting suboxone vs sublingual?
I'm looking for a better punch so i am sure snorting it will do the trick, but im worried the nausea will increase if i snort it vs. puting it under my tounge. my dealer recommended snorting it cuz it'll make u less nausious, but he might of just said that to help sell these things.. so what is everyone's experience with doing this? I only want to use this stuff to take the edge off and help with horrible anxiety issues i am having, but i cant be throwing up in school either. so is he full of shit?

Re: snorting suboxone vs sublingual?
I started out taking them sublingually, but when i found out you can snort them, i haven't taken them sublingually since.
And now they say I'm addicted. :(

Re: snorting suboxone vs sublingual?
If you snort only a pretty small amount, like 1 or MAYBE 2 mg and don't snort more you should be ok. I would start w/1 mg(an 1/8 of a pill) and wait for like an hour or 2 at least before trying more. If you just want to take the edge off then 1 mg should do it for you, that stuff is pretty strong for people who don't use opiates. You can get blazed before you do it too which should help prevent you from getting sick.

Re: snorting suboxone vs sublingual?
at 2mg sublingual its not strong enough to take the edge off, i just feel it somewhat but the nausea kicks in a lil a few hours after dosing.. tommaro i'll try snorting ~1mg before school, then snort another 1mg if needed. thanks for the responses guys
edit: smoking weed is out of the question because that makes me more anxious in public, and i'm outta bud anyways. i'l go easy on the ciggs at least

Re: snorting suboxone vs sublingual?
The only difference(s) that I notice with snorting vs. sublingual administration of Suboxone is that, yes, it does "hit" a lot quicker and no real noticeable increase in nausea, however [with me at least], my chance of getting an opiate-related headache increases ten-fold.
ONE.

dont buy subs unless youre trying to tamper off opiates. i did some sub before i started gettin down and that shit just made me feel terrible.

Re: snorting suboxone vs sublingual?
aw man, i typed up a post but pressed a button on my keyboard and it reloaded the page without the text... anyways, to the guy that said get some real opiates, i agree. i choose suboxone because of its relatively cheap price, and high potency/long duration. i'm jus looking to mellow out, not get any euphoria and what not (if i was, i'd buy some oc and snort that shit, or pop some vicodin, or try h which is readily available.) anyways, i got some kpins so i'll prolly be taking them tommaro, altho the suboxone would be a smarter choice since i hav a math quiz tommaro... and doing 8mg of suboxone without tollerance will feel real nice for the first half hour after it kicks in, then you feel like ABSOLUTE SHIT! just sayin that to agree with the guy that said dont take it if u dont hav a tollerance. its kinda wierd that junkies prefer methadone over suboxone for the withdrawls when to someone with no opiate experience the suboxone seems stronger dose wise. alright, time to toss and turn all night waiting to fall asleep. gnight totse!

Re: snorting suboxone vs sublingual?
snorting it is more potent, than sticking it under your tounge...
ironicly, in my addled days, i perfered bupe when i was outta dope over done. the price was right...
you could probally feel better if you broke up 8mgs over time, rather than immedietely. 2mgs every 2-4 hours would work, bunching up in the middle rather than begining or end..

Re: snorting suboxone vs sublingual?
You'll almost def. get sick from sniffing 8 mg immediately.

they must suck if your using subox for fun
its a great drug for helping addicts but other than that it really really sucks
i was under the impression if you didnt have opiates in your system it just makes you puke for hours and hours

Re: snorting suboxone vs sublingual?
The first time I did suboxone I stupidly did a quarter of an 8mg pill. This is the first opiate I had done in months so I had literally zero tolerance. I felt really good for about an hour after it kicked in, then the puking started. I ended up puking all day and most of the next day. I've done it more times since then though and if you do the right amount for yourself it's an alright experience. But as far as snorting vs. sublingual, I prefer putting them under my tongue. When I snort subs I have a tendency to get very nauseous after a couple hours and it lasts pretty much all day. But I've heard people (with a higher opiate tolerance) say that railing them is better.
