2 things to ask.
Can you get in trouble for flipping off the police? It has just stuck in my mind, and I dont know the answer.
Second, I have a friend who is 17, and he is dating a 13 year old. Her parents ended up calling him and saying they are going to call the police if he keeps dating her or w/e. Dont ask me why, I just wanna know if you can get into any trouble with the law for this.

First one...i think so. I wanna say yes.
Second...nope. Unless they have sex. Im pretty sure you have to be 17 to legally have sex or something...but seriously, now WHO follows that?
Edit: For second one, best they could do is prolly get the cop to make him "stay away" or maybe a restraining order or something...

Re: 2 things to ask.
It's not illegal to give a cop the finger, childish as it may be. Don't do it though, he could push it on a disorderly, it'll probably get dropped though, and no cop would go through the effort for that.
It's not illegal for a 17 year old to date a 13 year old, provided they don't have sex, assuming you're in the US.

1st. one.
Trouble? People have done it before. I believe in one case a guy flipped off a cop, they arrested him and charged with something like disturbing the peace. He contested it and won, and got charges cleared.

1st:
Maybe not legal trouble, but depending on the cop you might get taken in for a little talk at the station, ot they might just give you a nice spray of mace, a whack in the head or so...
2nd:
Tell your "friend" to back of before he gets seriously raped by the legal system, or just get a friendly visit fom the girls father, and his nice new baseball bat.

Re: 2 things to ask.
1. Yes. And most cops around here at least would exaggerate it to the point where you get charged with assaulting a police officer, which is bad news. Not worth it.
2. Depends on the laws where you live, but I'm pretty positive almost everywhere in the US 17 and 13 is totally legal. For sure in Canada. Either way, there's no way to prove they're fucking. He should still date someone his own age, that's kind of weird.

Re: 2 things to ask.
1. Around here, definatly. One of my .. acquaintances was fucked up on pills and started acting like a fucking maniac. So we (me and my friends) smacked him around abit. Someone called the police and when they arrived, he started accusing them of stealing his mp3 or some retarded shit. They told us we should get him under control. Ofcourse we were like wtf, we just stomped on him? Anyway i dragged him off and told him to shut his mouth. When he was out of shouting distance, he flipped them off. The police men went nuts and literally tackeled him to the ground and cuffed him. We walked away from there laughing.
