How effective is this at treating paranoia?

depends on the person. psych meds are not as clean cut as pain killers for pain. its rare you will just take that.

Personally I wouldnt use Risperdal for paranoia. Risperdal is an anti psychotic. You should try some kind of anti anxiety drugs in small doses. They would probably prove much more effective.

just tried it last night. 1mg. paranoia gone but my vision got a little pinkish and got tired as fuck went to sleep right away. just woke up this morning and feel like a zombie. good thing is, no thoughts are bothering me still.

these make you feel good, and in my opinion should be reserved for psychedelic comedowns, or very occasional panic attacks.

For self medication for paranoia i would recommend a low dose of Xanax because it is probably the easiest benzo to get a hold of. A low dose of 1 or 2mg should be enough to help with your paranoia. Valium would be a better solution though, because Xanax is generally a short-acting benzo (lasting 12 hours). Valium however is longer acting (lasts about 24 hours). Klonopins would also be good.

for paranoia I would reccomend you sniff a bunch of coke and comedown and lock your self in a room that always calms me down
