 Would i get arrested if....
say i had some illegal items on me and the cops stopped me while i was on foot. If i then decided to run and get away with out getting caught.
If i then change my clothes and leave me house, can the cops arrest me for running before?

Yes. Also, it is unlikely that you would successfully evade arrest in the first place, and would no doubt end up with a cops knee in the back of your neck.
