Backgroud:

I live in Idaho and Im 17.

**********************************************

So I was sitting at the beach with a friend I had not seen in a long time today and I decide to lite up one of my last 2 smokes. 2 Bicycle cops ride past me before I lite it up, I see him and put it in my pocket and he rides over and asks for ID. I told him I didn't have it on me which I totally forgot I did(Honest).I tell him I don't and he asks where the cig went. I tell him I don't know what hes talking about. I said I had a lolly pop and I finished it and threw it on the ground.(It was a very windy day so
It could have blown away). Its then that he pulls my friend away about 5 feet away for questioning and searches her purse. Shes 18 and dosent do any bad shit. Meanwhile the other one writes down my info. Then the other cop comes over and says that my friend told him I was smoking....I did not believe this for 1 millisecond. I told him I knew what he was trying to do and I wasn't going to fall for it. Then for 5 - 10 minutes he keeps trying to get me to comply but I tell him I don't know what he was talking about. He finally tells me to stand up so he can search me. I tell him that Im not giving him permission to search me. He makes me get up and puts my hands behind my back and pats me down. After that they call in a buff blonde bicycle cop and he comes up and pokes the pack of cigarettes in my pocket reaches in and pulls them out. He then pats me down and thats when I remembered I did have my wallet in my pocket with my id. I give it to them and they write more info down. They give me and M.I.P. citation. I asked for the buff blonde officers name and he gave me his card. I told him to be expecting his name in a letter to the Clerk of The District Court and he laughed. As they got on there bikes to ride away I said have a wonderful day officers. I think the reason they brought the buff officer was to intimidate me because I think I was intimidating them. I am 6'6 and weigh 240 lbs.

the reason I posted this on here was to ask if they did anything that went against my rights that I could bring up in the letter I am writing. Or is there anything I could have done to change the outcome. They looked at me like I was a piece of shit compared to there golden status. I want revenge.

You want revenge? Over what? Grow up man. It's a fucking $60 dollar city ordinance violation to be caught smoking tobacco. It doesn't even stay on your record. Not worth the time/money to fight it in court. It would cost more to fight it than to just pay your ticket.

I am facing 1 felony drug charge, 3 misdemeanor drug charges and 2 other misdemeanor charges. A possession of tobacco ticket is petty shit.

I've gotten two of those and the cops always do the same damn thing no matter what you say to them or if you deny their search. It really isn't a big deal though, its a fucking joke.

Probably. 6'6 and 240lbs is pretty damn big so I'm sure they wanted some other huge guy with them.

Thats gay but doing anything to fight it will probably be more trouble than it's worth. Also depending on what you plan on doing, it might be obvious it was you.

Im talking about legal revenge.....I just looked him up on intelius and I could find his phone number where he lives and all that shit for $2.95. If I wanted to I could easily fuck his house up. I thought they blocked cops off that shit though.
